Great place If you are looking for a sophisticated yet humble Italian restaurant with some Japanese inspiration too! Loving the vibes and the stuff is great too! Good selection of wines but the pasta al riccio di mare and the dessert are the stars of the menu! Recommend!

Hidden gem in Hiroo !My first and exceptional experience in a delicious yet cozy restaurant in Hiroo just 7 min walk from station! Seated with friends at the counter watching the chef cook in front of us. Very nice personality and devoted to his taste and art ! Fantastic ingredient, beautiful beef from Saga prefecture, matched with VIK wine from Chile ???????? Every dish was perfect and original and excellent! The omakase course is very good ! The bread and butter as well! Couple tables and the bar so I recommend reservation for sure !

The dishes at Melograno are consistently good, utilizing high quality ingredients, including organic olive oils from Sicily. The atmosphere is also attractive and welcoming, especially at the counter, and the service is attentive because the chef is passionate. Even the restaurant's logo is well done. We are never disappointed here!

One of my favorite lunch spots and the best tomato pasta sauce (also available for purchase) and panna cotta/pudding ever. Vegetarian friendly, but don’t always have fish on hand meaning that non-meat eaters are forced to be veggie. Also, they used to serve dessert with gelato and no longer do + it has gotten much smaller!

We had the dinner course menu, there’s a lot of different plates but the portion size is just right so you don’t feel too full at the end. Every dish brings its interesting mix of tastes, presentation is nice, good wine list, and the staff is welcoming. Spent a good night there, next time I’ll definitely seat at the counter to see them prepare the food!

1-star Mizuho Itabashi?!? come on girl (and you 2-star unlovers too. this isn’t your local Saizeriya people). this place has to be the best up&coming Italian in town. hands down. not cheap but best bang for your buck too. you can tell the chef really cares about his food and customers too.
